Introducing Our New Chief Customer Officer

Now we’re doubling down on those efforts by adding a new member to our leadership team
I’m thrilled to announce the appointment of Abhishek Gupta as CleverTap’s Chief Customer Officer.

Abhishek’s background is in both engineering and business. As a graduate of IIM Bangalore and IIT (BHU), he brings more than 18 years of experience building and growing businesses to our leadership team. 
Abhishek previously led Sprinklr’s Customer Success and Professional Services teams in Asia, where he built the business and teams from the ground up. Before Sprinklr, he served as Chief Operating Officer of portfolio companies at Trilogy, where he led a group of organic and acquired enterprise software businesses. At Trilogy, Abhishek led cross-functional teams across sales, customer success, product and operations, grew the business 6x, and revitalized acquired companies to make them sustainable businesses. 
As a customer-first organization, investing in the growth of our customers and our customer success team is of paramount importance, and Abhishek has a solid track record of building teams and customer success processes that quickly onboard customers and help them drive long-term business value. 
But what stood out for me personally throughout the interview process with Abhishek was his intense focus on employee satisfaction, customer delight, and execution. I am excited to see him expand upon a business culture that focuses on strategic customer value. His no-nonsense approach and his bias for action is a solid culture fit not only within our customer success team but also with the larger CleverTap tribe.
