WhatsApp interactive templates are now available to create in the CleverTap dashboard. With this release, CleverTap customers can:
- Add headers and footers to a message in WhatsApp
- Add media (video, image, document, location) to a header message
- Customize quick reply buttons in a WhatsApp message, such as “Okay, got it” or “Yes, I’m Interested”
- Include Call to Action buttons to redirect users to a website or directly call a phone number
