CleverTap, a next generation mobile engagement platform today announced the launch of its Shopify plug-in, which is now available to all merchants via Shopify’s App store. Merchants can use the plug-in to create comprehensive user profiles, aggregate and analyze cross-device data and create targeted in-app and push notifications.
“Our Shopify plug-in offers merchants the in-depth analytics they need to fully understand how consumers engage with commerce platforms across all devices,” said Sunil Thomas, chief executive officer and co-founder of CleverTap. “In today’s mobile-driven world it’s imperative that merchants optimize their mobile sites to consumer preferences, and our platform makes it easy to improve engagement by tracking and responding to individual customer behaviors.”
Among the first to integrate the plug-in is Canadian food delivery service, Urbery, known for its on-demand grocery and alcohol delivery service. “The CleverTap plug-in gives us a rich understanding of how shoppers are digitally interacting with our brand, which makes it much easier to tailor and personalize our messaging,” said Mudit Rawat, founder and chief executive officer of Urbery. “We’re excited to see the long-term impact as we expect it will significantly increase mobile conversions in 2016.”
This announcement comes off the heels of CleverTap’s integrations with Mooncode and Apptuse, further demonstrating its commitment to providing world-class analytics for merchants across all devices.
