Reimagining Customer Engagement in Finance at Money20/20

A. Eligibility

• The entrant shall be at least 21 years old.
• A maximum of one (1) entry per individual is allowed in this Raffle.
• The Raffle is for all Money20/20 attendees registering themselves at the CleverTap booth. Money20/20 is being held in Las Vegas on October 29, 2025.
• The entrant confirms they are eligible to participate in the Raffle and to claim any prize they may win herein.

B. How to Enter

Entrants shall register by entering their name, company name, and registered work email address. Entrants will also have the option to request a 1-to-1 meeting with CleverTap, for which they agree to enter their registered phone number and consent to CleverTap contacting them.

C. Prizes

This Raffle allows a giveaway of an iPhone 17 through a random draw of lots. CleverTap shall announce the name of the lucky winner on October 29, 2025, and will duly notify them. The winner will be requested to claim their prize on the same date from CleverTap’s booth at the event.

D. Decision making

CleverTap’s decisions regarding the Raffle are final and binding. An entrant is only eligible to receive a prize if selected through a random draw and after their details are successfully verified by CleverTap. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, they forfeit their right to the prize. CleverTap may then select an alternate winner through a new random drawing from remaining eligible entries.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release CleverTap, its affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the “Representatives”) from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Raffle or the use or misuse of the prize.

E. Data Protection

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the entrant’s consent to CleverTap and its agents’ use of the personal details shared with CleverTap for promotional purposes without consideration. CleverTap shall use all personal information of the entrant in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://clevertap.com/privacy-policy/.

F. General Conditions

CleverTap reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Raffle or any part thereof if it determines that fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control has affected the integrity or proper administration of the Raffle. In such an event, CleverTap further reserves the right to award the prizes by conducting a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of such issue.

CleverTap also reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or compensation, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Raffle, or otherwise acting in a manner deemed fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage, undermine, or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Raffle may constitute a violation of civil and/or criminal laws. Should such an attempt be made, CleverTap reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of CleverTap to enforce any term or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such term or provision.

G. Limitation of Liability

The Representatives are not liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (3) technical or human error in the administration of the Raffle or the processing of entries; (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation or receipt/use/misuse of any prize; or (5) any error or fault outside CleverTap’s reasonable control. If an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, destroyed, or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Raffle.

H. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflicts-of-laws provisions and without regard to the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in a state or federal court located in Santa Clara County, California, USA, and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. In no event shall attorney’s fees be recoverable; and under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to claim awards for indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other non-direct damages.
