What a great way to herald into 2025! We are thrilled to share that CleverTap has been recognized as a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs, Q4 2024.

Forrester calls CCMHs the “nerve center” of the B2C martech ecosystem. It noted:

“…CCMHs typically include data management and analytics to enable customer understanding; planning, collaboration, content management, and measurement tools to optimize brand strategy; and automation workflows, channel integration, and personalization to orchestrate cross-channel experience delivery.”

The report evaluated 14 global cross-channel marketing hub vendors across 28 criteria, spanning experience optimization, identity resolution and privacy, customer analytics, mobile, vision, roadmap, innovation, and others.
