Fraud Notice

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

CleverTap has become aware of fraudulent activities in which certain individuals or organisations falsely claim to represent CleverTap, its employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives. These scams may be conducted through email, websites, phone calls, text messages, social media platforms, or other communication channels.

These fraudulent communications may seek to obtain personal or financial information, payments, or other valuables by offering fictitious job opportunities, investment proposals, business arrangements, or other purported opportunities in Clevertap’s name.

All such communications, offers, and representations are unauthorised, fraudulent, and invalid. CleverTap strongly advises all individuals and organisations to exercise caution and independently verify the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from CleverTap before taking any action.

Fraudsters may attempt to impersonate CleverTap using methods such as:

1. Fake websites or email domains that mimic official CleverTap channels
2. Unsolicited job offers, investment proposals, partnership requests, or financial offers
3. Requests for personal, confidential, or financial information via unofficial channels
4. Communications that create urgency, demand immediate action, or request payment

CleverTap does not authorise any person or entity to collect money, fees, or payments on its behalf for employment opportunities, investments, partnerships, vendor onboarding, or other business arrangements, unless expressly communicated through official and verified channels.

CleverTap does not charge any fee at any stage of its recruitment process, including for interviews, job offers, background verification, onboarding, training, or visa-related processing.

CleverTap will never ask you to disclose passwords, one-time passwords, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive personal or financial information via unofficial communication channels.

CleverTap communicates only through its official channels, including:

1. Official website: www.clevertap.com
2. Official email addresses ending in @clevertap.com
3. Official social media accounts linked from the official CleverTap website

If you are unsure whether any communication is genuine, verify it independently on the official CleverTap website before responding, sharing any information, or making any payment.

If you believe that you have received a fraudulent communication or have been targeted by a scam involving CleverTap’s name, please report it promptly by:

1. Emailing [email protected] and [email protected]
2. Reporting the matter to the relevant law enforcement agency or other competent authority
3. Providing all relevant details, including screenshots, sender information, website links, phone numbers, payment details, and copies of the communication, to support investigation and response efforts

CleverTap shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or claim arising out of or in connection with fraudulent acts, misrepresentations, or scams committed by third parties falsely purporting to represent CleverTap, its affiliates, or its representatives.

CleverTap nevertheless encourages any person who encounters such activity to report it promptly so that appropriate review and action may be undertaken.

Please remain vigilant and verify suspicious communications carefully before responding, sharing information, or making any payment.
