- Goal Setting
Start with a goal in AskAI, an AI-first, prompt-based interaction interface for CleverAI Decisioning Engine and Agentic Universe. It could be a campaign-level goal like “Increase upgrades among existing device owners” or a broader marketing goal like “Reduce Churn”. Based on your goal, the Strategy Agent drafts a plan and asks for your go-ahead.
- Identifying Who and Why
Once your team approves, the Strategy Agent will call upon the relevant Decision Agents to identify the right audience segment for your goal and match the right product, the right offers, and the right workflows to each individual in the segment. This is the stage where the true potential of the CleverAITM agents starts getting realized.
The context is carried forward from one agent to the next, enabling complex multi-step problem solving rather than isolated tasks. Taking the example of the device upgrade campaign:
- First, the Strategy Agent will call upon the Prompt to Segment Decision Agent, which provides the number of existing device owners.
- As a co-pilot for the team, the Strategy Agent also proactively suggests the next step – seeking your permission to further break these users down based on those who are most likely to convert, along with the reasons that motivate them.
- Upon your approval, the outcome from the Prompt to Segment Agent is sent to the Prediction Agent, which then runs a highly contextual intent evaluation model to determine the number of users that are most likely to convert.
- The Prediction Agent also provides deeper strategic highlights to the team on its own accord. It predicts, almost at the individual level, the core reasons why a customer would upgrade, which is a critical input into the next step.
- Creating Individualized Content
In this stage, Creative Agents generate on-brand copy/template variations at scale, mapped to individuals, not segments.
Continuing with the device upgrade campaign example, the Strategy Agent calls upon the Campaign Message Optimizer Creative Agent, informing it of the goal and the target users and capability highlights. The Campaign Message Optimizer looks at past launches of the device as well as other similar devices, correlating with the successful upgrade campaign messaging to create thousands of message variants, using specific personalization variables in order to tailor the message to each user.
This is true individualization – with a unique message created for each unique user.
- Orchestrating Journeys
With the campaign messages ready, the Strategy Agent suggests the next steps towards orchestrating the campaign. You choose the trust level in the AI Trust Ladder that you want to operate with:
- From a low-trust mode, where the user journey templates are only saved for the team to run them manually.
- To a high-trust mode, where they are orchestrated autonomously by the agent with a certain cadence of reporting setup.
At this stage, the team asks the Prompt to Journey Action Agent builder to create individualized journeys for each user, which can be executed manually by your team or autonomously by CleverAI agents, depending on the chosen trust level.
- Closing the Loop
Based on the campaign performance, Strategy and Decision Agents recalibrate audiences, messaging, and cadence, continuously optimizing for ROI.
