In the CleverTap app, you’ll come across “events.” These don’t refer to social gatherings you attend on weekends.
Rather, events in CleverTap are defined as specific in-app actions that users undertake over a period of time as they progress down the conversion funnel.
You can analyze these user events in many different ways: aggregate metrics of a specific event, or measure how a specific event type trends over time.
You can then engage with users by creating campaigns in CleverTap that are triggered by these events.
By tracking events in your app, you gain a better understanding of what users are doing and can create campaigns that are more engaging.
