Send Notification to All Devices

Campaign engagement is less effective if a user only receives the notification on one device, when he/she may currently be active on a different device. With this enhancement, you can send Push and App Inbox notifications to all devices (with the app installed) linked to a user instead of only their last active device. This improves the chance of the user receiving and engaging with a message because campaigns are viewable on the device they are currently using.

This feature is available for all customers.
