New email enhancements that improve email deliverability and protect sender reputation are now available.
- Subscribers who mark an email as spam are automatically removed from the sending email list. It is available for customers using SendGrid, Mandrill, and SES delivery.
- The CleverTap platform stops sending emails to a subscriber if a hard bounce occurs. A hard bounce is when an email cannot be delivered because an email address doesn’t exist or is invalid. It is now available for customers using SendGrid delivery.
- View how many subscribers marked an email as spam and number of hard bounce email addresses under campaign analytics.
