    The enhancements in the web pop-up messaging now allows customers to create feedback ratings and gauge user feedback on the fly from within the CleverTap dashboard. The feedback ratings can be easily created within minutes, offering flexibility to choose from ready-to-use templates and the ability to customize color, emojis and CTA buttons. Options range from simple 1-click star ratings to elaborate ones with qualitative comments. 

    This enhancement ensures that the feedback loop is closed from a single platform without any dependence on third party tools. With seamless integration of feedback data into the CleverTap platform, this enhancement can be used to create smarter segments and run personalized engagement campaigns, helping customers forge long-term user relationships.
