Access More Help Resources Directly on the Dashboard

More help options are now available on the dashboard! Access online documentation, video tutorials, and the product tour in the new “Need Help?” button on the top navigation.

The new “Need Help” button will provide a dropdown menu that includes:

  • Usage Guide for a Feature: links to the user documentation related to the current page (e.g. customers on the “Lifecycle Optimizer” page in the dashboard will be directed to the “Lifecycle Optimizer” page in the docs).
  • Watch a Video Tutorial: links to a feature demo video when one is available. 
  • CleverTap Documentation: links customers to the main documentation page.
  • More Resources: provides a direct link to the product tour and the option to create a support ticket.
