Raise Ticket from Dashboard

CleverTap is making it easier for our customers to create and manage support requests. With this feature, customers can create a support request directly from the dashboard by clicking on the Create Support Request icon. This will also allow them to view and track all current and past support tickets.

Additionally, creating a support request from the dashboard will capture all relevant account information needed by the customer success team automatically to efficiently scope, prioritize, and resolve issues.

The feature is available for all customers.
