    In Journeys, add profile property update node to change the user property value for customers completing a specific milestone. The customers now receive new campaign sequences of the journey as the profile property updates.

    For example:

    • For a media streaming app, as a user purchases the paid subscription, the customer type gets updated. The user now receives automated campaigns for paid customers.
