    As a CleverTap customer, these are offered to you at no additional cost and will be available for free to access on the go
    Can I enroll for multiple courses at the same time?
    Yes, you can enroll in multiple courses at the same time.
    Can I re-attempt the exam if I have not secured desired results?
    Yes, you will be able to re-attempt the exam in case you do not get the desired results. Every Assessment will be graded. You can take the exam upto 10 times.
    What is the passing score for Assessments?
    The passing score is 80% for every Assessment.
    Do I need to complete all Assessments to get the final Certificate?
    Yes, you will need to complete all the assessments that are part of the respective certification program to get the final certificate.
    How can I download my Certificate?
    From your Dashboard, click on the ‘Completed Courses’ button.Navigate to the course you need a certificate for and click on the ‘Certificate’ button in the middle of the course bar. A new window will open and generate a link. Click the link to download the certificate directly to your computer.
    Can I share the certifications on my social media handles?
    Yes, you can share the obtained certificate on your LinkedIn and Twitter handle. Once you complete the certification, you will receive an email with the link to share the certificate with your network.
