In today’s newsletter, I’m most likely to make the Product Managers happy. I wish to share with you a tutorial of how you can initiate an NPS Campaign for your service/ product. Just before writing this newsletter, I was jotting down the progress of the projects I was working on and to think of something similar in CleverTap’s terms, I thought of NPS Campaigns which are our inbuilt campaigns helping you to close the loop.

These are one of the ‘Integration-free’ campaigns that you can initiate right away and also something of pivotal importance to your business as well. Let me share a couple of instances where you can run this In-App:- Transaction based: For users who have done the Goal event, for eg: purchasing an item or booking a service and asking them for their feedback Experience based: In order to collect feedback on the whole App/ Website experience, or on any new product page that’s been deployed

I’m choosing to make a In-App for our customers who have purchased any product.

Step 1: In the ‘Who’ section, I’m going to add my conversion event as the Trigger event. For eg: If it’s Charged, I’m going to add ‘Order Confirmation Viewed’ as an event which is a page visible post the user purchasing.

Step 2: In the ‘What’ section, I’m going to choose ‘Ratings Template’. I’m going to go ahead with the ‘NPS Ratings’ template.

Step 3: Out of the 4 templates in Ratings Templates, I’ve chosen the ‘NPS Ratings’ for all the users who’re transacting.

I’m going to add a Title which would thank the user for purchasing the product, content being asking a moment for their feedback.

I’m going to keep the Ratings scale the same. You can also choose to style the In-App as per your company’s brand colors by clicking on the Style button besides Content.

Voila! Your campaign is now ready to be published. In order to see the results, you can definitely view Campaign centric stats, and to see the overall stats of all the campaigns collecting feedback, you can go to Boards > NPS.
